Delivery Centric is seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Engineer to play a key role in the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role is critical in driving secure identity lifecycle management across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enabling seamless access for users. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, strong expertise in JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes, and the ability to configure, customize, and integrate connectors in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of complex identity management processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows to align with business and technical design requirements.
- Configure and customize SailPoint connectors such as Active Directory, Web Services, and Out-of-the-Box connectors to enable seamless system integrations.
- Develop and manage automated provisioning and de-provisioning processes, reconciliation tasks, and self-service features such as password reset and profile management.
- Design and configure policies, workflows, entitlement reviews, and certification processes to strengthen governance and compliance.
- Perform UI customizations and system enhancements to improve usability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and governance audits related to SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Take ownership of processes and projects, working independently while also contributing effectively within global and local teams.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and customization, including integration with at least one authoritative source.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), enterprise directory design, entitlement review, and certifications.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SailPoint policies, workflows, and connectors to meet diverse business needs.
- Familiarity with automated provisioning, reconciliation, and self-service capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving business needs and operational directives while ensuring secure, scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
