We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-level implementations and solution design initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions. You will guide teams across the full Salesforce ecosystem while ensuring alignment with architectural standards and long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Provide architectural and technical leadership across Salesforce platform solutions, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Analytics.
- Translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Design end-to-end architecture for new implementations and enhancements while maintaining performance and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to align delivery with organizational goals.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and proactively advise on impacts, opportunities, and best practices.
- Drive governance, security, and performance reviews across Salesforce programs.
- Lead solution design sessions, produce architectural artifacts, and contribute to pre-sales and delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise CRM solution design.
- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, AI & Data Cloud.
- Strong experience in full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including system design, data integration, and deployment.
- Deep knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, SFDC APIs, and Salesforce data models.
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns using tools such as Informatica, Cast Iron, TIBCO, and ETL platforms.
- Experience defining system landscape and architecture aligned to business outcomes.
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
