We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance customer service, stakeholder engagement, and business processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), and Experience Cloud, with strong stakeholder management and user adoption skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand the department’s technical environment, system dependencies, and future needs.
- Develop detailed system designs, process models, and wireframes to align with business requirements.
- Translate complex technical solutions into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Work within an Agile and DevOps delivery model, defining features and managing Product Backlog Items (PBIs).
- Collaborate with technical, UX, and accessibility teams to ensure user-friendly and compliant solutions.
- Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and escalations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, particularly Salesforce.
- Strong background in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Proven ability to design system process models, wireframes, and technical documentation.
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of system integration, security, and performance optimization.
