We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple SAP projects, ensuring successful execution from planning to delivery. This role requires strong expertise in SAP products, S/4HANA migration projects, stakeholder engagement, and project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning customer expectations, managing risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving strategic decision-making. With a strong focus on performance, governance, and stakeholder management, the SAP Program Manager will play a critical role in delivering high-quality SAP solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate detailed project planning, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, scope, budget, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee and monitor multiple projects, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish and maintain effective project performance management systems, ensuring smooth execution and timely reporting.
- Manage and engage both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- Provide expert support to project managers, enabling them to optimize project execution and achieve continuous improvement.
- Act as a senior management representative, handling customer reviews, escalations, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with project management principles, methodologies, and governance standards across all initiatives.
- Guide customer management teams on SAP products and best practices to support well-informed decision-making.
- Drive change management initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions for customers and internal teams.
- Contribute to solution development and evaluation for ongoing projects and pre-sales opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Extensive experience and deep understanding of SAP products, with expertise in at least one module.
- Strong background in SAP S/4HANA technical and functional migration projects.
- Expertise in Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement.
- Proficiency in SAP Activate, ASAP, and Solution Manager methodologies.
- Strong Risk Management, Conflict Resolution, and Negotiation skills.
- Experience in Solution Management, Business Strategy, and General Management.
- Industry domain knowledge, particularly in utilities or related sectors.
- Proven experience in managing multiple SAP projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments, collaborating with global teams and customers.
- Prior experience in a managerial capacity within a key business function.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is mandatory.
