We are looking for a skilled and strategic SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level SAP projects from end to end. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for the project, coordinating all daily activities and maintaining seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure the solution architecture and design are aligned with functional requirements and comply with internal standards and governance frameworks.
- Lead cross-domain coordination of design inputs, ensuring technical and functional alignment across areas.
- Drive the management of action items—identify, prioritize, assign, monitor, and control tasks across all project phases.
- Manage the project budget, monitor actual costs, track variances, and define corrective actions to maintain financial control.
- Oversee the change request process, ensuring changes to contracts or deliverables are documented, approved, and communicated.
- Make informed project decisions and guide formal decision-making processes with significant impact on outcomes.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, monitor resolution progress, and ensure timely closure.
- Manage project staffing, including onboarding and transitioning of team members as needed.
- Deliver clear, timely project status reports, using defined metrics to inform stakeholders.
- Anticipate and manage project risks with effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and adjust the project work plan to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP projects in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile Project Management are preferred.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and teams effectively.
