Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Campaign Manager & Integration Specialist to lead the design, development, and execution of data-driven, multichannel marketing campaigns. This role involves managing end-to-end campaign operations, integrating SAS CI 360 with Salesforce CRM, and overseeing the migration from Adobe Campaign to SAS CI 360. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, marketing automation proficiency, and strategic thinking to drive seamless customer engagement and measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns using SAS Customer Intelligence 360 across email, web, mobile, and social platforms.
- Automate and optimize marketing workflows to enhance operational efficiency and ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Lead integration efforts between SAS CI 360 and Salesforce CRM, ensuring data synchronization and campaign alignment.
- Oversee end-to-end migration projects from Adobe Campaign to SAS CI 360, including mapping, data validation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable, automated marketing solutions.
- Utilize SAS CI 360’s advanced analytics, segmentation, and AI capabilities to enhance customer targeting and journey personalization.
- Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and maintain platform stability to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and provide knowledge transfer for internal teams.
- Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness, generate insights, and support continuous improvement.
- Stay current with evolving marketing technologies, SAS updates, and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Marketing Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management and marketing automation, with expertise in SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
- Proven ability to integrate SAS CI 360 with Salesforce CRM and manage data workflows.
- Demonstrated success in migration projects from Adobe Campaign to SAS CI 360 or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, segmentation, and cross-channel campaign execution.
- Proficiency in workflow design, data management, and marketing resource optimization.
- Familiarity with SAS scripting or programming for campaign customization (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, IT, and data teams.
