Delivery Centric is seeking a highly experienced Senior Automation Engineer to strengthen the quality, compliance, and reliability of superannuation and investment platforms. This role focuses on end-to-end testing, automation engineering, governance alignment, and ensuring high-performing digital systems that support member services, fund administration, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse superannuation platform requirements and convert them into detailed test plans and test cases (manual + automation).
  • Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT support cycles with strong ownership.
  • Manage test case execution, defect cycles, and reporting using JIRA and Zephyr.
  • Design, maintain, and scale automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Automate functional, regression, and integration suites to uplift testing efficiency.
  • Conduct API and UI testing using tools such as Postman.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Prepare documentation, quality summaries, and progress updates for leads and Test Managers.
  • Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support data validation testing for member and investment platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and process enhancement.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software testing experience, including 2–3 years in superannuation or financial services.
  • 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca (mandatory).
  • Solid manual testing capabilities and strong understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Minimum 3+ years working in Agile delivery teams.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Zephyr, and test management practices.
  • Good understanding of superannuation concepts and investment platforms.
  • Experience working with SQL, XML, and data validation techniques.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent.
