We are seeking a Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio to drive digital transformation in the banking sector. This role requires hands-on technical leadership in building copilots, automating workflows, and integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance enterprise efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring both deep technical skills and business acumen, enabling them to design secure, scalable, and innovative banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Copilot Studio solutions, enabling enterprise copilots for diverse banking use cases.
- Build, optimize, and scale Power Automate workflows to improve process efficiency and operational reliability.
- Drive seamless integration across Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Explore and implement advanced capabilities through AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI to unlock innovation.
- Ensure all solutions meet security, governance, and regulatory standards, addressing compliance in highly regulated environments.
- Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support for mission-critical automation systems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful solutions.
- Actively contribute to agile delivery squads, sharing expertise, mentoring peers, and supporting a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of engineering experience, preferably in banking or large enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio (building, configuring, and deploying copilots).
- Strong experience with Power Automate workflows and Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Exposure to AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI desirable.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ensuring high availability of automation solutions.
- Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance in financial services.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to collaborate in agile squads and with business stakeholders.
