Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Banking Tester with strong expertise in capital markets, global treasury, and investment banking systems. This role focuses on validating financial applications across front, middle, and back office functions, ensuring high-quality delivery of systems supporting equities, derivatives, fixed income, and FX instruments. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to execute functional testing and ensure system reliability within fast-paced financial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test scenarios and detailed test cases for investment banking and capital markets applications.
- Perform functional testing across front, middle, and back office systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and analysts to validate requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Validate financial instruments and processes including equities, derivatives, fixed income, and FX.
- Support testing activities across investment banking and asset management platforms.
- Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and support test case execution.
- Work within tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality testing deliverables.
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders during testing cycles.
Qualifications
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in capital markets, global treasury, or investment banking domains.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments including equities, derivatives, fixed income, and FX.
- Good knowledge of investment banking and asset management processes across front, middle, and back office operations.
- Experience in writing test scenarios and test cases for functional testing.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and test support activities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident in interacting with business users and cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of investment processes, capital markets, and distribution within financial services.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or capital markets testing environments.
- Exposure to end-to-end trade lifecycle testing.
