Delivery Centric is looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and deliver impactful data solutions that drive informed business decisions. You will play a key role in creating dynamic dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Power BI tools, strong analytical skills, and experience collaborating across teams to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and interactive dashboards that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Apply best practices in data modeling to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, outliers, and business opportunities.
- Work closely with business users, data engineers, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, data models, and data sources in a timely manner.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of data across all reporting platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or Power BI development roles.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, including DAX and Power Query for advanced data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, star schemas, and dimensional modeling.
- Extensive experience with SQL querying and relational databases.
- Proven ability to create clear, intuitive, and visually appealing data visualizations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms is a plus.
