Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives within the Utilities sector. This role is ideal for a seasoned project professional with strong domain expertise in Utilities, preferably within the Water industry, and proven experience delivering Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) programs. You will be responsible for driving project execution, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic outcomes across complex business and technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and delivery milestones.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure effective project governance, reporting, compliance, and delivery excellence.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing projects within the Utilities industry.
- Strong understanding of Utilities business processes and operational environments.
- Water sector experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience delivering CC&B implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects.
- Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and delivery management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Experience working with both business and technology teams across complex transformation programs.
