We are seeking an experienced Service Management Consultant to lead ITIL-based service transformation in a dynamic financial services environment. This role will focus on remediating the current IT support model and implementing a service management capability that aligns with the needs of our organization and clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ITIL frameworks and service management best practices, with proven experience in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of ITIL-based service management capability in a financial services environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Design an operating model for service management to meet organizational needs
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of service management tools
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and service management best practices
  • Proven experience in service management implementation, preferably in a financial services IT environment
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and define project objectives
  • Experience in designing operating models and managing project timelines and budgets
  • Familiarity with APRA prudential standards (CPS 234, CPS 231, CPS 230) is highly desirable
  • Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
