Delivery Centric is seeking a
ServiceNow Business Analyst to gather and analyse business requirements, support ServiceNow implementations, and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective service management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions.
- Support implementations across ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, and workflows.
- Prepare user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and UAT documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and testing teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support the alignment of business requirements with ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in ServiceNow Functional Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM concepts and processes.
- Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
