We’re looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in CSM (Customer Service Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), and Sales Order Management to join our dynamic product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end configuration, customization, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform to support evolving business needs and deliver streamlined, efficient digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and customization of CSM, SPM, and Sales Order Management modules in ServiceNow
- Translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions through effective stakeholder engagement
- Develop, test, and deploy workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client/server scripts, and custom applications
- Collaborate with architects and other developers to design platform enhancements and integrations
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and regular delivery reviews
- Ensure platform stability and performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and new release adoption in line with ServiceNow best practices
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and development standards
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Proven experience with CSM, SPM, and Sales Order Management modules
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities
- Strong scripting skills (Glide, JavaScript) and experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience in Agile development environments and working collaboratively across teams
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, CSM, or SPM is highly desirable
- Experience with enterprise environments and understanding of ITIL concepts is a plus
