We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to join our team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities, particularly in ITSM, CSM, and Performance Analytics, who is passionate about sharing that knowledge. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, ensuring that teams gain hands-on expertise with ServiceNow’s core modules, workflows, and system configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Training Delivery: Lead training sessions focused on ServiceNow’s core capabilities, including ITSM, CSM, Performance Analytics, and related modules, ensuring users gain practical knowledge.
  • Module Expertise: Provide in-depth training on Service Catalogue, Incident, Problem, Change Management, CMDB, and Case Management, with a focus on real-world application.
  • Performance Analytics: Deliver training on creating and managing Performance Analytics dashboards, indicators, and widgets to help teams make data-driven decisions.
  • System Configuration: Offer hands-on training and demonstrations of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and system configurations, helping users navigate the platform’s customizability.
  • Ongoing Content Updates: Continuously update training materials to keep them in line with the latest ServiceNow updates, best practices, and user feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and Performance Analytics, with a focus on practical implementation and use.
  • Extensive knowledge of key ServiceNow modules, including Service Catalogue, Incident, Problem, Change Management, CMDB, and Case Management.
  • Proven experience creating and managing Performance Analytics dashboards, indicators, and widgets within ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and system configurations is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and effectively train both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prior experience in a ServiceNow trainer or consultant role is a plus.
