Delivery Centric is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Snowflake Implementer to join our growing Data Services team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data warehouse solutions using the Snowflake platform. From ensuring data accuracy to building scalable models and optimizing performance, you’ll play a crucial role in modernizing how businesses leverage data.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Snowflake-based data warehouse architectures tailored to business needs
- Develop efficient, high-performance SQL queries for data transformation and reporting
- Create and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring reliable data flow and processing
- Collaborate with stakeholders including data analysts, engineers, and business users to define requirements and build solutions
- Optimize Snowflake environments for speed, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
- Support data modeling efforts using dimensional and normalized techniques
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all pipelines and storage layers
- Troubleshoot performance issues, run diagnostics, and implement long-term fixes
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practice development
- Stay current with Snowflake updates, certifications, and modern data engineering trends
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in data engineering, BI development, or data warehousing roles
- Proficient in SQL with demonstrated ability to write and optimize complex queries
- Experience working with Snowflake (mandatory for senior-level candidates; preferred otherwise)
- Familiar with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Talend, dbt, or custom scripts
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles and cloud-native data practices
- Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Solid problem-solving skills and a structured approach to debugging and optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset
- Snowflake certifications such as SnowPro Core, Data Engineer, or Administrator are a significant plus
