As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce by identifying and hiring top-tier technology talent across diverse roles. You’ll be working alongside seasoned hiring managers and recruitment leads while gaining hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, interviewing, candidate engagement, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from creating job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, making offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical fit, communication skills, and alignment with company culture.
  • Coordinate and support technical interview rounds, feedback gathering, and post-interview evaluations.
  • Stay current with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Maintain and grow a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future recruitment needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Delivery Centric’s values and culture.

Qualifications:

For Experienced Candidates (1–2 years):

  • 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Good understanding of IT roles such as Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job portals.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet recruitment timelines.

For Freshers:

  • Recent graduates from any discipline with a keen interest in recruitment and HR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn about IT/tech hiring (on-the-job training provided).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job search platforms is an added advantage.
  • A proactive, organized, and team-oriented attitude.
