Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and social media to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build a pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews and post-interview evaluations to ensure a structured selection process.
- Strategic Hiring & Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to maintain a competitive recruitment approach.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, enhancing the company’s reputation as a top employer in the tech space.
- Candidate Experience & Relationship Management:
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain relationships with past applicants and passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT and technical roles, including software development, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and DevOps.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and keyword-based sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
