Delivery Centric is looking for a highly experienced Technology Portfolio Lead to oversee and optimize our portfolio of digital and technology programs. This strategic role is essential to ensuring alignment between enterprise priorities and the execution of digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/SAFe environments and the ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes while driving measurable value across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Evaluate, scope, and prioritize new business demands in alignment with ongoing projects, capacity, and enterprise objectives.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leaders, Product Owners, and PMOs to ensure initiatives support business strategy and deliver ROI.
- Planning & Execution: Lead Program Increment (PI) and Big Room Planning activities with cross-functional business and technical leads.
- Governance & Reporting: Establish robust governance structures, performance tracking dashboards, and risk mitigation protocols to ensure accountability and visibility.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the communication bridge between delivery teams and executive leadership to drive alignment and timely decision-making.
- Financial Oversight: Manage portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and benefits realization, supporting informed investment decisions.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve portfolio processes using Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies to ensure delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in portfolio/program management within digital or technology-led environments
- Proven experience in Agile and SAFe frameworks, including participation in PI planning and digital delivery lifecycle
- Strong background in application development, PWS (Product and Workstream) project environments
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, financial tracking, and strategic prioritization
- Experience working with cross-functional leadership teams and aligning technology delivery with corporate strategy
- Strong communication and leadership skills to navigate complex decision-making environments
