We are seeking a highly skilled TIBCO Developer to join our team in Sydney. This role focuses on supporting the migration of integration services from the legacy TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.14 platform to the modern TIBCO Cloud Edition (CE) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on TIBCO expertise, proven migration experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality integration solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end migration of integration services from TIBCO BW 5.14 to TIBCO CE.
- Design, configure, develop, and test robust integration workflows.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business analysts to define best-fit integration approaches.
- Conduct impact analysis and resolve issues related to migration and integration.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot integration challenges, and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing operations.
- Ensure integration solutions follow industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience as a TIBCO Developer, with strong expertise in BusinessWorks 5.x and TIBCO CE.
- Deep understanding of integration design patterns, SOA, APIs, messaging services (JMS, EMS), and middleware concepts.
- Experience delivering migration projects from legacy to cloud integration platforms.
- Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of integration solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional, distributed team environment.
