Delivery Centric is looking for experienced VB.Net Developers to support a large-scale cloud migration initiative involving more than 200 applications transitioning to Microsoft Azure. This role requires strong expertise in VB.NET, C#, .NET, SQL databases, and VB-based UI technologies, along with hands-on experience working within enterprise-grade environments.
You will collaborate closely with architecture and platform teams to modernize applications, enhance performance, and ensure seamless deployment into Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of 200+ legacy applications to Microsoft Azure.
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using VB.NET, C#, .NET, and VB UI frameworks.
- Work with Azure services such as compute, storage, and configuration components to support cloud migration.
- Perform IIS deployments, troubleshooting, and configuration for migrated applications.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries across Oracle SQL and MS SQL Server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery during modernization.
- Utilize Git for version control and manage code throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Support reporting needs using Crystal Reports and legacy tools where required.
Qualifications
- 6–12 years of hands-on experience in VB.NET, C#, .NET, and VB UI technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, IIS deployments, and cloud application workflows.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, MS SQL Server, and MS Access.
- Experience with Git for version control and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports (added advantage).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight timelines, especially during migration cycles.
