We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer with strong Python skills to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will design, develop, and manage secure, scalable integration solutions that align with business goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing platforms like WSO2 and Tibco, and applying best practices in API management and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integration solutions using Python, ensuring code quality and performance
- Design, build, and manage APIs that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Implement best practices for API management, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery
- Set up, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline deployment processes
- Utilize tools such as GitHub and Git Actions for version control and continuous integration
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and deployments, ensuring minimal downtime
- Use Jenkins to monitor and manage automated build and deployment processes
- Enhance integration capabilities using platforms like Tibco and WSO2 to support evolving service requirements
Qualifications
- Solid proficiency in Python programming and scripting
- Experience with API Gateway (API GW) technologies and API design principles
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes, including GitHub, Git Actions, and Jenkins
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Tibco and WSO2
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to stakeholders
