We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Designer with expertise in Databricks and Customer 360 (C360) to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Designer, you will play a critical role in architecting and designing innovative solutions that leverage Databricks and C360 to meet our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create efficient, scalable, and robust data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end data solutions that incorporate Databricks and C360 to address complex business requirements.
Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert in Databricks and C360, providing guidance and best practices to the development and data engineering teams.
Hands-on Development: Actively participate in hands-on development, ensuring the successful implementation of Databricks and C360-based solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Data Ingestion: Design and implement data ingestion processes, ensuring data from various sources is properly transformed, enriched, and loaded into Databricks and C360.
Data Quality: Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
Scalability and Performance: Optimize Databricks and C360 solutions for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory standards, implementing necessary controls and encryption mechanisms.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and data lineage documentation.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and training to junior team members to enhance their skills in Databricks and C360.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Solution Designer or Architect with expertise in Databricks and Customer 360 (C360).
Hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing, analytics, and machine learning.
Strong knowledge of Customer 360 (C360) platforms and their integration into data solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Scala, or Java.
In-depth understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
